I played with my old buddies from CwO last night 
in a 5v5.  It was a great experience.  I was in 
CwO for almost 4 years and was part of the 
leadership for more than 3 years.  

It's still in my heart and it was great to play 
with TJ and Hella, even if after 4 years, Hella 
can't have a decent ping...

Thanks for the great evening, boys, looking 
forward to more fun.

Well we couldn't keep quiet and stay in our graves
so we brought back our 5v5 team. We won our first
match on the screening ladder on Openfire_l by a
pretty big margin. It was real nice to play with
the old members again.

...And she told me it was time to move on.

Unfortunately, this game that I've loved and had 
an amazing time playing since 1998 has dwindled 
down to many people not interested in playing 
anymore, not showing, not caring, cheating, 
whatever.

I've met some great people thru this game and I 
can say that some of my best RL friends now were 
met here.  At my wedding, 3 of my 4 "best men" 
were met in TFC, over the years.

Vieuxdebris, CrazyCanuck and Siegfried, I'm 
really glad we met, even if it's thru a game.

To all the others that I met online and had a 
great time with: Puck, Pita, Hillman, Bobafet, 
Zogo, Tjcooker, chik, Schweer, Big_Serd, 
CannonFodder, Jaybird, Ozzyman, Alagar, Baddog, 
Gibber (you're still the fake one), 
JenovaProjekt, Gemini, H-Town, Justice, Beez and 
those that I forgot, I salute you and will keep 
seeing you online, I hope.

To all the cheaters, lamers, llamas and those 
that take pleasure in making other people mad...

This site is Bobafet's property and I truly hope 
it'll stay up for a bit, so all of us who still 
care about friendship can keep posting here.  But 
after a lot of matches and a whole lot of fun, 
the way TFC is played has changed and isn't as 
fun anymore.  I think CwO was always a great fun 
classy clan and those that disagree probably 
dealt with some bad apples that unfortunately 
passed thru the clan.  We always respected our 
opponents and I can still remember the time when 
if we were beating an opponent really bad, we'd 
stop capping after a certain amount.  It was a 
rule for us and we stood by it.  Not many clans 
can say the same.

On a side note, seems I had put Carbon in with 
the other hackers caught by perfectplayer.  Seems 
also that he's not on there, although we thought 
he was.  My apologies to him for putting him on a 
news post (now edited).  He's not a hacker, he 
just doesn't play TFC anymore.

With the newest logging of cheaters, many known 
TFC players were caught cheating.  Unfortunately 
for us, a couple players were in Clockwork Orange.

That makes me quite mad, because I feel it's an 
utter lack of respect towards myself as a leader, 
but more important, towards the clan and it's 
reputation.

Seems some people need some extra "spice" to keep 
going playing TFC.  I've been playing this game 
for a few years now (I'd say close to 6, since I 
joined my first clan soon after meeting my wife) 
and I've never felt the need to cheat.  

So honestly... I DON'T GET IT!!!

That said, Climax, Insomniac/Midknight, Hadez 
(confessed last week), and Gelatin are out.

The good news for CwO is that nobody (to my 
knowledge, I don't have the cheat log) has 
cheated during one of our matches.  Hadez did it 
for a tryout (that he would have passed without 
them, so dumbass to you). Insomniac claims to 
have used it on pubs and conc servers (stupid 
there again).  Climax says he was looking at it 
to try and catch some people, but it seems it 
didn't pass with STA admins. 

On a happier note, we did pick up decap- and 
Endurance who played their first match with us in 
TFL vs a tough EA opponent.  Was a good match and 
I had fun.  It was also my first match in a long 
while, coming back active.  

Now, for future reference, if you're a cheater or 
feel that you need to try something out to have 
more "fun", WE DON'T WANT YOU IN CwO!!!

Yeah, we've been saying that for the past 3
matches, as we took on [SMP] on Redgiant, [Rabid]
on 2fort, and a close win to |sO| on Redgiant.

As luck would have it everyone is starting to get
back on track, and [CwO]
is starting to get back on it's feet. 

Recently Slinshot left to go back to his homies
|sO| and that's cool I guess, we wish him the best
of luck - he was a great guy and great player. 

Also our main man / resident baby eater [CwO]Gibber 
has gone off to college to pursue higher education.

Congratulations to him and we also wish him the
best of luck. 

But with these two departing, we've had some come
back, like [CwO]Dictator
who's come from -oof- back to his homies.

Must be the wife smashing it in because he 
doesn't spend enough time with her.  Only time 
will tell.

I realized that I hadn't posted anything about 
this special event, so here goes.

Congratulations from all the droogs to our 
fearless and absent leader, BobafeT, aka Geoff 
Janes, for getting married last weekend.  He's 
probably still doing the nasty somewhere we don't 
even want to know, although action pictures with 
Geoff blanked out are always appreciated!  :-)

Seriously, I can say "welcome to the club" of 
married men and I hope you'll have a lot of 
happiness.

We're also glad that this means there is no 
chance in hell that Geoff will ever play TFC 
again, meaning we're that much closer to winning 
matches... :-)

well right now [CwO] is 
undergoing some roster changes, and we'd like to 
welcome our newest mem ber to the droog family:

[CwOr]Nikon.

We've also gotten rid of EvilSniperCannon as it 
turns out he wasn't really EvilSniperCannon, and 
the way he spelled his name really hurt my eyes.

other than that, every thing is just peachy.  

Well, I've moved in to my new (and first) house 
and got my Internet connection back up, so all is 
good there.

All is good also for CwO.  We picked up a couple 
more recruits that seem to show up for events and 
hopefully won't go inactive or retire anytime 
soon (note to everyone: CwO is not a clan to 
retire in, ffs!)

We've also been winning most matches we play, so 
that's also good.  The recruits are playing well, 
our members are playing well, Ag-projectile is 
man-handling the D, Zogo is girl-handling the O 
and Gibber is handling himself!  (I haven't 
bashed Gibber in so long, I almost feel guilty 
about doing it now!!).

I'm feeling pretty good about the state of the 
team now and I hope the members feel the same 
way. It's hard to continually rebuild, especially 
since TFC is putting some pounds on and getting 
older, but we're also trying to maintain what has 
made CwO a great and classy clan in the past.

Contrary to a rumor started by ex-member Slurpee, 
CwO isn't dead.  I'm sad to see old members 
trying to stir crap up for whatever purpose they 
have.

Just saying we're not dead, come to #cwo and see 
by yourself.

Well as summer rolls back around and everyone is 
on vacation, it was about time to open up the 
pearly droog gates to some new comers. We went 
on a recruiting spree after recent events and 
picked up:

to look forward to the matches to come.

gloved one have had many a night together.

Well, another eventful week here in droog country.

First off, [CwOr]Azazel 
turned out to be [CwOr]Noreaga.  We didn't 
have a problem with that if certain rules were 
respected.  They weren't, so, unfortunately, 
Noreaga is no longer a member of CwO.  I 
discovered that he was indeed a nice person.  
However, his trust is clearly not put in the 
right people...

And on a more familiar not, our famous PerfectDisaster 
has once again been a disaster and left us.  Be 
advised that we will never make again the mistake 
of letting him back in.  Other clans should be 
warned too.  Ask =ES= and some other clans, he's 
nothing but trouble.  What saddens me is that I 
had real hopes for the kid, to have him grow up a 
bit and be more reasonnable.  Unfortunately, he's 
still the same ignorant fuck as he always was.  
May my wrath know no boundary nor no obstacle.

6 hours ago.  For us living in Quebec, it will 
also end in about 12 hours. :-p

Well since last time, wesside decided he didnt 
like the taste of the droog milk, and cwo ended 
up taking a 2 week rest to get organized. In the 
process we picked up three great guys, two ofem 
being old members.

from college and ready to own shit up without 
lagging. i think this is where good things 
happen for cwo again.

Murderball. On another note we welcome 
[CwO]WeSiDe
to the clan. finally picked up the hw we need. 
One more thing is that befor i posted this i was 
typing "lossed" i think im just a little 
tired....good thing i cought it.

Well the droogs of CwO are now on a roll, after 
dropping quite a few straight we are on a three 
game win streak with a nice win over THOA last 
night in TFL action.  GG to them and gl in the 
future.

Well we faced off against NIL8 and had a great 
game with CwO taking the win 31-12.  Was an 
awsome game both rounds and we look forward to 
playing NIL8 again in the future.

On another note, Enjoi has passed the recruit 
stage and is now a full member of CwO, welcome to 
the team and I hope you have fun here =].

Well its Sunday and CwO is ready to start a new 
week.  On Monday in STA we play NIL8 on vidars 
and in TFL action we play the new clan |THOA| on 
well for the second week.  We look forward to 
playing both clans and wish them both good luck.

Well tonight we faced off vs |HOP| on well.  It 
started off tough and ended tough with [CwO] 
finally winning a match.  We ended our god knows 
how long losing streak and feel this will spark 
us to go on to victory.  Practice sunday as 
usual 
and GG to HOP and gl in the future.
